Spoken: 36 year old Doug Segal hemophiliac who contracted AIDS died of the disease on Saturday....... My name is Doug Segal..I have been married for almost six years I have three small preschool children and I have AIDS.
He was 36 years old had three kids and a wife His death was reported on TV that night It is easy to live life when it is good Just before they buried him his little boy cried Spoken: His greatest fear was not death but that his young children would forget daddy when he was gone................Because they are so young now there stands a very good chance of them not even remembering who I am without be shown by means of video tape or pictures.............I think what I am trying to do is build memories because that is where I’ll live on..............in memories in people’s minds..in my children's mind and I hope that i am someplace where i can watch over them He wiped his tiny tears with all the strength he had It is easy to live life when it is good It is easy to live life when it is good Spoken: their family says they will cling to memories never lost |
